Return & Replacement Policy

At Herbitone, we care about your shopping experience and we ensure each parcel is packed with care. To maintain product quality and prevent misuse of our return service, the following conditions must be met to qualify for a return or replacement:


Eligibility Requirements

  • Return & replacement is only applicable if the delivered product is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at 0300-2163120.or E mail:Herbitone.Net@gmailcom

  • A full unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
    Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Approved items must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery.

Once the product is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance team, a replacement will be issued after successful verification.

Customer Responsibility

The item remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please pack the product properly to avoid courier damage.

Replacement Preference

  • Same product replacement will be preferred.

  • Different product or variant may be considered only if approved by our customer care team and depends on stock availability.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Herbitone reserves the right to refuse or limit returns in the following cases:

  • Multiple or irregular return claims

  • Missing or damaged returned items

  • No valid unboxing video provided

  • Suspected fraudulent or unethical activity

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

After order confirmation (via call or WhatsApp), delivery may take:

Other Cities / Remote Areas 3–7 working days

Weather conditions, public safety, or high-order volume may cause delays.

Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched:

  • Customers will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with tracking details.

  • Tracking usually updates after 12 hours of dispatch.

  • Delivery personnel may contact customers on the phone number provided during checkout, so please keep your phone active.
