At Herbitone, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. All products are checked and securely packaged before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, a refund may be issued under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Refund

A refund request will only be accepted if:

Condition Required
Product received is damaged or incorrect
Complete unboxing video provided as proof
Claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Product is unused, unopened & in original condition
Product is returned within 7 days of approval

🚫 Refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered

  • Packaging is incomplete or missing

  • No valid unboxing video is provided

  • Claim is made after 24 hours of delivery


📲 How to Apply for a Refund

  1. Record a full unboxing video, starting before the parcel is opened.

  2. Send the video to WhatsApp: 0300-2163120 within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Our customer care team will review your request.

  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions and refund details.


🔁 Refund Method

Once the returned item is received and verified by our Quality Assurance team:

Refund will be issued via:
Bank Transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa — within 2–4 working days.
Shipping charges will be deducted.


⚠ Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only for verified damaged or incorrectly delivered products.

  • Refund approval is based strictly on our quality inspection.

  • Courier investigations may take longer in some cases.

  • Please retain all packaging until the case is resolved.
