Are Herbitone products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our formulations are designed to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, we always recommend doing a patch test first and consulting a dermatologist if you have highly sensitive or reactive skin.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 2–4 working days for major cities and 3–7 working days for other areas, after order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Herbitone primarily serves customers within Pakistan. For special export or bulk inquiries, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0300-2163120.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking details, so you can monitor your parcel until delivery.
Returns & Refunds FAQs
What is your return and replacement policy?
We accept return and replacement requests only for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products.
To be eligible, you must:

Ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Approved items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds may be issued if a product is verified as damaged or incorrectly delivered. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 2–4 working days. Shipping charges may be deducted as per policy.
Will I get a refund for shipping fees if I return an item?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side (such as the wrong item being sent).
